Include green leafy veggies in your diet plan and also lean protein like organic poultry, sea food rich in Omega 3 essential protein and fruits like avocado and apples. Consuming plenty of fresh water and fluids is equally essential.
Nature designed our bodies for activity and regular exercise is highly essential for this. You don’t have to spend hours at the gym. Just an elaborate aerobic regimen for 3-4 days in a week should be enough to begin with. Early morning walks or light jogs are also recommended.
Skin cancer is one of the most common types of cancer and you must ensure that you stay protected. Wear eye protection, seasonal gloves and use sunscreen whenever you have to step out on an excessively bright sunny day. Also remember to avoid tanning beds and sunlamps for better protection.

Regularly practice yoga and meditation for detoxification and de-stressing of the body and the mind. Yoga rejuvenates you and you naturally begin to follow a healthier lifestyle.
