I joined HDFC Life 6 years ago as an AVP, heading Brand Marketing. I began my career at HDFC Life handling new business conversions and from there I was rotated to almost every other area of operations, service, claims, retention and payouts. I was pushed out of my comfort zone with an ever increasing set of responsibilities which was unique to a novice such as myself. I vividly recall my time spent with data, cash flows, project teams etc., and that was an exciting journey that laid the foundation of what I am today
Life does throw at you surprises and one such event was when I was unwell and that was when HDFC Life leadership reached out and supported me. They gave me the opportunity to work from home, knowing fully well that I would deliver the highest standards as expected by them. I recouped from this ordeal successfully with HDFC Life by my side
